In my opinion, Burj Khalifa is more than skyscraper. It is located at 1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. From my experience, most blogs only say it is tallest building 828m, but they don't tell you real identity. Building is 828 meters tall 163 floors + 46 maintenance levels, base 45,000 m2, weight 500,000 tons, cost 1.5 billion dollars, built 2004-2010 6 years, concrete 330,000 m3. This is why it is so special.
